I started this design in Wiltshire, then I moved to the cost of Devon - and the sea views gave me all the inspiration I needed to finish her. I mixed a beautiful sea green which has blue tones to bring her to life.
I copy my original drawing onto lino, then carve out the image. I hand print with oil based ink onto a beautiful handmade paper. This paper has lots of different flecks and texture which adds to the character of the final image
