The oak is probably my favourite tree - symbolic of wisdom, strength, and beloved by druids. This little print feels like a talisman to me - small, but powerful.
I copy my original drawing onto lino, then carve out the image. I hand print with oil based ink onto a beautiful handmade paper. This paper has lots of different flecks and texture which adds to the character of the final image
Original hand-carved linoprint
Printed by hand onto handmade textured paper
Oil based Inks
Each print is unique due to the nature of lino printing
Unframed
Paper size is approx 15.5cm x 15.5cm
Colours will appear differently on different screens and monitors
